Workshop Participation Guidelines

What we ask of everyone who joins a Complete Mind Mastery workshop — so the space stays safe, supportive, and transformative for all.

Effective date: 3 July 2026

Our community approach

Complete Mind Mastery workshops are community-run and community-led peer support spaces. They are offered at no cost on a donation basis and open to anyone ready to show up with openness, respect, and good intentions.

By booking and attending a workshop, you agree to follow these guidelines alongside our Privacy Policy.

In the room we also open with the Complete Mind Mastery Protocols — the shared agreements for speaking, confidentiality, and respect.

Come ready to participate

  • Attend in a clear, sober state. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicine.
  • Arrive in a sound mental state and with good intentions toward yourself and others in the room.
  • Be willing to engage honestly. You choose how much to share — there is no pressure to disclose more than you are comfortable with.
  • Take responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after the workshop. Consult a healthcare provider beforehand if you have medical concerns.

Respect the space and each other

  • Treat facilitators and fellow participants with kindness and respect.
  • Listen without interrupting. Allow others to speak without judgment or unsolicited advice.
  • Keep mobile phones on silent and avoid distractions during group activities.
  • Honour the facilitator's guidance on timing, exercises, and group agreements.
  • Do not record audio or video of the workshop without explicit permission from facilitators and participants.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the workshop stays in the workshop. Do not repeat personal stories, names, or details about other participants outside the space unless you have their clear permission.

Facilitators may review your booking screening answers to help prepare a safe environment. Those answers are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What to expect

Workshops may include a combination of:

  • Guided meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Breathwork and grounding exercises
  • Group sharing and discussion
  • Worksheet completion
  • Reflection

Every workshop is different. Facilitators will explain what to expect at the start. You are always free to opt out of any activity that does not feel right for you.

What to bring

  • An open mind and willingness to participate
  • A journal and pen for reflections (optional but recommended)
  • Water and anything you need to feel comfortable for the session

Seating is limited — please book in advance and arrive on time so the workshop can start together as a group.

Booking and attendance

  • Reserve your spot through our booking form before the workshop. Walk-ins may not be accommodated if the event is at capacity.
  • If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else.
  • The full venue address is sent by email after you register. Check your inbox (including spam) for confirmation details.

Not a clinical or emergency service

Complete Mind Mastery workshops are peer support and personal development spaces. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.

If you or someone else is at immediate risk, contact emergency services (000 in Australia) or Lifeline (13 11 14).

Photo and video

Complete Mind Mastery may photograph or record workshops for community and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, let a facilitator know when you arrive.

Members who join the community portal sign a separate waiver with a formal photo and video consent choice. Guest workshop attendees are asked to communicate their preference on the day.

If something doesn't feel right

Your safety and comfort matter. If you have a concern during a workshop, speak with a facilitator privately. If you need support before or after an event, contact us at hello@completemindmastery.org.au.
